Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Every piece we ship — whether a book or a fine art print — carries real collector value and cannot easily be replaced. We require a signature on all deliveries without exception to ensure your order reaches you safely and is never left unattended.

  • Your courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, your piece will be held at a local depot for a limited number of days before being returned to us. We recommend contacting your courier directly using your tracking number as soon as possible to schedule a redelivery or arrange a depot pickup.

  • Unfortunately, no. A note on the door or a verbal instruction to the driver cannot override a shipper-mandated signature requirement. If you need to adjust your delivery, please do so through your courier's official channels — either online or by calling them directly.

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. They are not included in your order total. Your courier will contact you directly if payment is required before or at the time of delivery.

  • If a piece is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we are unable to offer a refund. Should you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be responsible for the cost of the original return shipment to us, as well as a new shipping fee. We will be in touch once the piece has been received back at our studio.
